Timothy Allen Dunn, or “Tad” to those who knew and loved him, passed away on October 30th, 2025. Tad had been with Messer Fort PLLC since January of 2019 and he left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered, professionally and personally. Tad was a mentor, a skilled, patient communicator, and a brilliant attorney. One of our clients shared that Tad was “a creative, thoughtful and deeply committed thinker who was willing to approach complex challenges with imagination and good humor”. We agree.

He will be missed tremendously by his Firm Family and all who knew him.
