Sara B. Kerr

Sara has experience as general and litigation legal counsel to local governmental entities. Sara’s focus is public works projects, procurement, interlocal and service agreements, and general civil litigation, including claims of immunity for government entities. Sara is a member of the Texas City Attorneys Association and the Texas Bar Association, as well as the State Bar of Texas, School Law Section. In her off time, Sara is with her boyfriend, Ryan, also a lawyer. The two of them unwind by either training in their home gym or going on hikes with their doberman, Zeus, and chihuahua-mix, Dottie.
