PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

Regina has over 30 years as an experienced municipal attorney. She is skilled in all areas of local government law with emphasis on zoning and development, economic development, eminent domain, real estate, historic preservation including downtown revitalization, and strategic advice to councils, boards and staff.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University. Regina also received her law degree from Baylor University, where she was a recipient of full academic scholarships, and participated in the Harvey M. Richey Moot Court Society.
