Ann Montgomery brings significant experience in County government to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, she served as the Ellis County and District Attorney for 4 years and an Assistant Ellis County and District Attorney for 19 years. Prior to her tenure in Ellis County, she was an Assistant Disciplinary Counsel for the State Bar of Texas, Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s Office.

Personal

Ann was born and raised in Cleburne, Texas. Outside of work, Ann is spending time with her German Shepard, Jagger, and playing saxophone in the Waxahachie Community Band and the First United Methodist Church of Waxahachie wind ensemble. Ann serves as Vice-President of the Waxahachie Symphony Association and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Waxahachie.
