Since 2013, Eileen’s practice has focused exclusively on representing small municipalities, economic development corporations, and other governmental entities in the Abilene area. Eileen provides representation and counsel in a broad range of areas including contracts; real estate transactions; human resources; development of policies and procedures; open meetings; public information; drafting and review of ordinances, resolutions, and other official documents; annexation; planning and zoning; municipal court prosecution; and code enforcement.
Eileen grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her husband served in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Dyess Air Force Base until his retirement in 2014, after over 21 years of service. Together they enjoy country living with their three (very) spoiled dogs.
