PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

Cynthia has over 19 years of legal experience representing public and private sector clients. She has advised municipalities on a wide range of matters, including land use and development, hiring and disciplining employees, labor unions, including contracts and grievances, investigations of employee complaints, public information, open meetings, code enforcement, competitive bidding/procurement, and general governance. She served as the City Attorney in St. Cloud, Minnesota and was a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Denton.

Cynthia also worked as a land use planner for the Cities of Chanhassen, Eagan, and Prior Lake, Minnesota, which are growing communities in the Minneapolis – St. Paul metropolitan area. Cynthia is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
