Municipal Law
Amy Stanphill has over 21 years of legal experience representing public and private sector clients and began her municipal law career in 2003 with the City of Fort Worth, Texas. She later served as the City Attorney of Parker, Texas, and most recently joined the accomplished team of Messer Fort.
She has extensive knowledge advising home-rule and general law municipalities on a variety of legal matters including construction, community facilities, competitive bidding/procurement, public works, interlocal and service agreements, contracts, ordinances, and open meetings.
