Mr. Rodriguez has close to 30 years experience as general/special/litigation legal counsel to local governmental entities to include not only their boards and commissions but also their officials and employees. Art’s focus has been in water quality, water districts, oil and gas, administrative, and utility law to name a few. Art is a member of the Texas City Attorneys Association and the International Municipal Lawyers Association, as well as the Williamson and Travis County Bar Associations, and the Hispanic Bar Association. In his off time, Art serves as President of the Georgetown Palace Theatre where you can occasionally see him perform – then demand a refund.
