Brett has practiced exclusively in the area of municipal law and municipal litigation and has represented governmental entities and employees in constitutional, personal injury, and employment-related legal matters.Brett has extensive state and federal litigation experience, including dispositive motions and appeals.In addition, Brett has experience as a municipal prosecutor.
