PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

Patricia graduated from Texas Wesleyan University, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.S. in Political Science, and from Texas Tech University with her J.D. degree. Patricia has vast experience on advising municipalities on land use and development matters, personnel matters, elections, procurement, open meetings, open records, contracts, franchises, ordinances, legal opinions, utility matters and litigation. As a land use attorney, Patricia advised on matters of annexation, building permits, zoning ordinances and public improvement and other special districts.

Patricia has served as a Municipal Court Prosecutor in various local cities as well as currently serving as Presiding Judge for the Little Elm Municipal Court of Record.
